Google Phone Nexus One Technical Specification

Google officially launched a mobile phone that called Nexus One on January 5, 2010. The phone is collaboration with HTC mobile phone vendors.

Here are the Nexus One phone specs:

Qualcomm processor used QSD 8250 1 GHz. RAM 512MB.
512MB of internal memory. Slot has 4GB Micro SD Memory Card (Upgrade maximum to 32 GB).

Touch screen of 3.7-inch (diagonal) widescreen WVGA AMOLED with a resolution of 800 x 480 pixels.
Can use the Trackball to its menu.
